When does the 6 month period start?

Technically, your 6 month ieSupportManager software trial period begins the date
we create the free for 6 months license file for you. This usually happens the day you
register your free for 6 months license with us. |

What happens after 6 months?

Prior to the end of the 6 month trial period, you will receive email
notifications informing you that your trial period is about to expire. If you do not purchase
a full license prior to the end of 6 months then ieSupportManager will
revert to an
evaluation copy and you will no longer be able to logs calls or create any new
customers.
When you purchase a full license you can simply install this license over
your free for 6 months license. Effectively we are giving you the first six months free use
of ieSupportManager. Thereafter to continue using ieSupportManager you must
purchase an annual license, please visit our

database. Although, you will still be able to look up records you will not be

note that the user name will always be in capitals, but that passwords are
