What do I do First?
   
 

IMPORTANT - Please read the following question prior to downloading ieSupportManager

 

Do you have any of the databases listed below already installed on your PC?
 
Yes  Download ieSupportManager, run the installation routine and install the required ieSupportManager components.
 
No Download the evaluation version of ieSupportManager. Included in this installation is a free version of the Firebird database. Run the installation routine and install ieSupportManager itself first, select the required database and then the other ieSupportManager components that you wish to use. If you choose Firebird then Firebird will be installed for you, if you choose SQL then SQL must be installed before ieSupportManager can be used.

Standard ieSupportManager
• IBM compatible PC with a Pentium or compatible Processor (600MHz or faster is recommended)
• 64 MB of memory (128MB recommended)
• 32 MB of free hard disk space
• Windows 2000 / Windows XP / Windows Server 2003 / Windows Vista

 
   

To include the web front end module
• Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS) version 5.0 or higher with Active Server Pages
